About these terms

These terms cover jobs booked with Che Mate for furniture delivery, flat-pack assembly, and small moves across the Sunshine Coast.

Quotes and pricing

Every job is quoted individually based on size, distance and access. Once confirmed, the quoted figure is fixed unless the scope of the job changes on the day.

Bookings, changes and cancellations

Bookings are confirmed by phone, text or the contact form. Please give us as much notice as possible for changes or cancellations, especially for same-day jobs.

Access and site conditions

You're responsible for making sure we have reasonable access to collect, deliver or work on the item — including keys, lift bookings, or building manager approval where required.

What we can and can't move

We don't move pianos, safes, or anything requiring more than two people to handle safely, and we don't provide plumbing or electrical connection services.

Damage, liability and insurance

We carry insurance and take standard precautions (blankets, straps, floor and door protection) on every job. Report any damage immediately so we can address it.

Payment terms

Payment is due on completion via bank transfer or card, unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints and how we resolve them

If something's not right, tell us directly and we'll work to put it right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
