Booking & availability
How quickly can you come out?
Often the same day, almost always within two or three days. Coolum, Maroochydore and Sippy Downs are fastest; Caloundra is our longest run.
Do you work public holidays?
Public holidays depend on the day — ask. No surcharge either way.
Do I need to be home for the job?
Not necessarily — leave a key, arrange building manager access, or have a neighbour let us in. Photos when it's done.
How do I book?
Call or text 0421 824 110, or send the details through the contact form. Include the suburb, roughly what's involved, and a photo if you have one.
Quoting & payment
Why don't you publish prices?
A price list would be wrong for most jobs — cost depends on size, distance and access. We'd rather give an accurate quote in under an hour than a number you can't rely on.
Is the quote fixed or does it change on the day?
Fixed — the figure we quote is the figure you pay. Runs long? That's our problem, not a bigger invoice.
Do you charge a callout fee?
No — no callout fee, no minimum truck charge, no fuel levy. One quote for the job.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card on completion. We'll send you an invoice with the job details either way.
On the job
Are you insured?
Yes, and we take precautions that mean we rarely need it — blankets, straps, corner and floor protection standard on every job.
Do you take the packaging away?
Always, included — boxes flattened, polystyrene bagged, plastic wrap collected. It leaves with us.
Can you handle stairs, lifts and difficult access?
Yes, routine — tell us about it when you book so we bring the right gear.
What if something gets damaged?
Tell us straight away. We'll look at it honestly rather than arguing, and we're insured. In five years it's been rare, which is exactly why we're fussy about protection in the first place.
Service areas & scope
Which suburbs do you cover?
Broadly Caloundra up to Noosa, plus a reasonable distance inland. Coolum Beach, Noosa, Maroochydore, Buderim, Caloundra and Sippy Downs are most common, but we go well beyond. Call with your suburb.
Do you do tip runs or handyman jobs?
Sometimes, usually alongside a delivery — an old lounge to the tip on the same trip, a TV bracket or mirror while we're there. Not our main line and we don't advertise it, but ask when you get a quote and we'll tell you if it fits.
Is there anything you won't do?
Pianos, safes and anything needing three-plus people are outside what two of us can do safely. No plumbing, no electrical, no interstate. If we're the wrong fit we'll say so immediately.
